What is the processing time?
Our processing time is 1-2 Business days to prepare your order before shipment.
During significant sales and holidays, processing times may take up to 5 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S Observed Holidays.Â
Who is responsible for lost or stolen packages?
While we aim to deliver your packages securely through USPS, unforeseen events can sometimes result in lost or stolen items.Â
Once USPS has your package, they are responsible for its safe and timely delivery.
Unfortunately, if a package is lost or stolen during transit, it is beyond our control as the sender.
Who can assist with my lost/stolen package?Â
We advise contacting USPS directly for prompt assistance if you encounter a lost or stolen package. They have the tools and expertise to investigate and resolve these matters.
Additionally, we offer Route Shipping Insurance at checkout to help protect against lost packages and provide added peace of mind.
Does Kalón Hair Collection offer Refunds?
We do not allow refunds, All sales are final.Â
Does Kalón Hair Collection allow exchanges?
Exchanges are permitted if we make a mistake. If you need to exchange an item, proof of purchase is required. Please email our customer service at Kalonhaircollection@Mail.com.Â
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging.Â
Once we receive your item, we will email you to confirm. We will also email you once the exchanged item has been shipped out to you, along with a tracking number.
